Ah… sleeping late, not setting goals, putting things off until last minute… I’ve had so many bad habits. I think breaking bad habits is a mindset plus a defined strategy. I recommend identifying your goals and then understanding what your bad habits actually are. Focusing on reaching your goals and removing your habit as a milestone is a great mindset to have. For those that really are stuck, I recommend searching the internet for the thousands of tips and tricks out there and trying what works best for them personally.
